Each appointment is for 30 minutes and is exclusive to you. Upon booking you will receive a key code for the centre which will only work for the 30 minute session you have booked. You will have enough time to leave the centre before the next session arrives, avoid cross overs with any other families, keeping playtimes safe and allowing your pets/children time to explore and play in a fun, secure setting.

Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start of your session and leave 30 minutes after the start time of your session (your key code will also expire after this time).

The centre's exclusive hire system has been designed to allow a stress-free experience without distractions from other animals and children. It is perfect for dogs that are not dog/human friendly, anxious, or reactive. Banned breeds are also welcome (and can be muzzle free once inside the centre). It is also perfect for children who become overwhelmed in busy & noisy environments as the centre is 1-1 hire (or you can hire it for you and a friend).

You can book your session and meet up with friends & their children/dogs. How you use your session is up to you!

The centre is cleaned daily and cleaning products are provided for any accidents made by your pets/kids during their visit to help maintain a clean and safe environment for all visitors.

If you do have allergies then it is not advised to book a session.

If any guests do leave the centre in an unsuitable manner then they will be banned from any future visits and charged a cleaning fee.

Sessions cannot be cancelled. You can reschedule your appointment 24 hours before it is due to start on the website.
